Hi everyone, Call me crazy but I have chosen to take part in this years Cardiff Half Marathon in October. I have chosen St John Cymru Wales (St John Ambulance Wales) as the charity that I will be raising money for because of the life saving work that the charity carries out each year. (Plus one of my friends/running partner is a member)
I would be very grateful if you could make a donation towards the charity however much you can afford. Every penny counts and will help them carry on the life saving work they have been doing in Wales for over 90 years & worldwide for over 900 years.
The 13.1 miles around Cardiff takes place on the 16 October and training has already started.

Four facts why they touch the lives of almost everyone in Wales because we:
· Provide voluntary first aid support to tens of thousands of people annually.
· Are the leading provider of first aid training in Wales.
· Operate a patient transport service from hospital to home.
· Provide exciting and educational youth development programmes within our communities. Over 60% of our members are under 18 years old.
The charity receives no core government funding and relies on private donations and income from first aid training to fund their charitable work. Please can you support me in raising money for the charity by making a donation, no amount is too small!
