My story

I am competing in The London Triathlon on 7th August and need all the motivation I can get!!

This will be *my last ever triathlon* and I have entered for double the distance. I will be doing the Olympic race:
1,500m/0.9 miles Swim
40Km/25 miles Bike
10Km/6.2 miles Run

So I need all the support I can get.
