I am proud to sponsor John Fisher's charity, To Transplant and Beyond.

Since his heart transplant eight years ago, John has worked tirelessly to raise awareness of transplantation, encouraging many thousands to join the Organ Donor Register and help many transplant patients and their families through the trauma and uncertainty of their operations.  See the website www.heart-transplants.co.uk
