About my charity : Help the Hospices Help the Hospices
Help the Hospices is the national charity that supports the hospice movement. It offers a wide range of services to help hospices in their vital work caring for patients and their loved ones. These include grants and direct funding, support for training of staff, and information, advice and advocacy services.

My personal message:

ON THE 13APRIL20008 I AM RUNNING THE LONDON MARATHON FOR HOSPICE CARE UK. THEY HELP HOSPICES ALL OVER THE UK. PLEASE WILL YOU SPONSOR ME RAISING WELL NEEDED FUNDS FOR A VERY GOOD CHARITY. THEY THEY HELP ILL PEOPLE, THEIR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS COPE, LAYING ON SUPPORT, MEALS, DAY BREAKS, COUNSELING AND OUTINGS, ALL FREE AND  THIS IS WERE YOU SPONSORSHIP MONEY WILL BE GOING TO HELP SUPPORT THEM. 

I AM ALSO RUNNING THE MARATHON IN MEMORY MY DAUGHTER HEIDI AGED 21 AND A VERY GOOD FRIEND MARGRET WHOM BOTH LOST THIER FIGHT FOR LIFE TO CANCER, A PERANT SHOULD NEVER GO THROUGH PUTTING THIER CHILDERN TO REST BEFORE THIER TIME
