On the 6th of September 2009 myself and four close friends will be cycling from Paris to Geneva to raise money for the Help the Heroes charity.

I was very moved by the charity game that was organised at Twickenham on September 20th 2008 and the incredible amount of money it raised, so I felt I should do my "bit" for such a worthy cause.

Although you would expect an ex international rugby player to be in good physical condition, I do however have rather troublesome knees so it will be very challenging event for me which will take us through France crossing over the Alps into Switzerland at the Col de la Faucille .
