Hello there - thanks for visiting!
Over the next few months, I'll be running the London Marathon, walking the Ridgeway National Trail and climbing Africa's highest mountain, Kilimanjaro, for a fantastic little charity called the Lifetrain Trust...and I really need your help to raise some money.
Lifetrain Trust does fantastic work helping young people and disabled people to help them make positive changes in their lives and reach their potential.
Every year The Lifetrain Trust works with over 15,000 young people and disabled people providing training, support and a chance for people to achieve their potential, through programmes delivered at their outdoor activity centre in Surrey.
Lifetrain has a simple message. Everyone regardless of their differences should have the same basic rights as everyone else - to be part of the community, to develop their skills to the full and to be accepted as individuals. Lifetrain exists to offer opportunities for individuals, groups and communities that enable young disabled people and adults to be included without the slightest surprise, debate or controversy.
Based in Surrey, but working with people from across the south east, this is a small charity doing amazing work very much under the radar. Every penny you donate will help Lifetrain Trust to continue providing its services and changing people's lives.
Thank you so much for your support.,
John
