We did it.  So a big thank you to everyone who has sponsored me and helped me get way over my original target of £3,000

Also a big thanks to all of Team Quarriers. A great bunch and I thoroughlly enjoyed their company.

 On 7th November 2008, I will be joining 17 others and travelling to Nepal for a sponsored Trek to Base Camp Everest. The trip is an 18 day event and we'll be Trekking 120km (74 miles) over a period of 13 days from Lukla to Base Camp Everest. Base camp is at an altitude of 5364m (17,600 ft), so apart from lots of trekking we'll be coping with the altitude problems as well. But all in a good cause. We'll be raising funds for Quarriers, so please help me in my efforts for a very worthwhile cause.
