MESSAGE FROM JOHN'S WIFE, SUZANNE

Thank you so much for visiting this fundraising page, set up in memory of my darling husband John, in recognition of the fantastic level of care he received at Christie's.  Our original target of £5,000 has been exceeded thanks to the wonderful efforts of family & friends.  Christies will soon have a brass tree memorial in its beautiful gardens.  WHEN our fund raises £15,000, a brass leaf will be mounted bearing John's name in recognition of our fundraising efforts.  Anyone can be involved in this tribute fund in any number of ways; by participating, organising or sponsoring a fundraising event, by donating through this site or simply by regularly logging on to see how we're progressing.  If you would like any further information, do please contact me at scpearson04@hotmail.co.uk.

To mark the second anniversary of John's death, the following fit & healthy young men (so I'm assured but Nadine is driving an ambulance alongside them just in case) will depart London to endure a gruelling cycle to Liverpool:  Ronnie Manek, Keith Gains, Jay Manek, Rishi Shah, John Howson, John Hewson, Stephen Holdroyd, Adrian Robinson, Gregory Gibbs, Mike Redhead, Michael Neofytou & Neil Thayer.  Join us at the Holiday Inn, Lime St on the 27th at 8pm for an evening of raffles, fun & games, dancing, surprises & much much more!  £5 donation on entry. CHILDREN WELCOME

2) 5K TEAM CHALLENGE LIVERPOOL 08  Sunday 21st September 2008 More fit & healthy people, Chris Ward and colleagues from King David Primary School, will be taking part in the above 5K through the streets of Liverpool.  See photos http://www.flickr.com/photos/johnrpearson/

3) COFFEE MORNING at KING DAVID PRIMARY SCHOOL, Friday 26th September 2008 Parents and friends of the school will be enjoying teas and coffees whilst being entertained by their talented children. (This is part of the Biggest Coffee Morning in the World, therefore part proceeds will go to Macmillan cancer support).
