We are taking part in a sponsored 12k walk at Richmond Park on Sunday 20th September to help raise money for The Colorectal Research Fund (Bowel disease). This charity finances doctors and research and trials with patients suffering with Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis and Bowel Cancer.
John's 13 year old daughter, Eleanor, suffers from Crohns Disease and has recently undergone surgery to have her large bowel romoved and now has to wear a stoma bag. We are extremely grateful for the care and attention that Eleanor received at Royal Free Hospital which specialises in bowel disease, and this is our way of giving something back.
