My story

Well once again I'm doing the London Marathon for those great people at St John Ambulance.

Obviously I'm using the experience to get an Olympic qualifying time ready for 2012. You may have seen the film made about my training regime.

However in the likelihood that I fail to meet the standard, all donations are gratefully received just for me dragging myself round the 26 miles 385 yards.
