So I'm doing the London triathlon this summer. 1500m swim (in the dockland canals, nice), 40km bike and 10km run. The last time I tried something like this I was 13 years old and drank a lot less beer, but with your help I'm sure I'll make it.

I'm doing this for MacMillan Cancer Support, a wonderful cause which helps thousands of cancer sufferers and their families every year. As much as you can spare would be a huge help, I hope you can, thanks.
