On Sunday 7th June Claire and I are going to be taking part  in a Dragon Boat Race to raise money for PROSTaid - this is a local charity that is very close to my heart because of my late father's illness. PROSTaid helps to fight prostate cancer by raising funds and public awareness, as well as developing and maintaining an independent support network for sufferers. Their long term objective is to establish a dedicated centre of excellence, specifically for the care and treatment of prostate cancer patients.
