Against my better judgement I have decided to ruin my summer by training for the London Triathlon on 10 August. Please help me keep motivated and prevent drowning by sponsoring me through this page.

I am raising money for Kidscape, a charity that does wonderful hands-on work to prevent children suffering abuse and bullying. Please see link on the left to find out more about their work.
