I’m joining 450 people who are going to 'sleep rough' on 11 November in order to raise money for homeless youth in London. Specifically, we're raising money for Centrepoint. 

Centrepoint houses and supports around 800 homeless young people between the ages of 16 and 25 every night.  Despite working in this field since 1969 the charity says this is the harshest economic environment they have ever faced.

Over the past five years, hundreds of Centrepoint supporters have given up their beds for the night and taken part in the Sleep Out.  This year's event is at Old Spitalfields Market on the 11th of November 2010.

Why not sign up to join me? We’ll be showing solidarity with some of the most marginalised people in society. Unlike the kids we’re raising money for, we’ll be safe – the organizers provide security and hot drinks.
