Drugsline offers schools education (this year we have delivered educational sessions to over 40,000 children), a freephone crisis and support line, a drop-in service, 121 counselling, aftercare groups and support groups for people who are affected by their own or someone else’s addiction. All services share the common goal of educating, encouraging and promoting a lifestyle of abstinence as well as providing high-quality, accessible services for local people and their families. We have been providing services for over 17 years and our unique approach owes much to dialogue with past and present users of the service and is always being reviewed to ensure we quickly meet the needs of whoever reaches out for help.
