My story

 

Hands up if you ever thought you'd hear me ask for sponsorship for a 10 km run, that I was actually going to do? A sponsored silence when i was 11 was a struggle, and I can't say this latest challenge fills me with confidence. But, here I am, having been shopping for sports kit and checked my health insurance policy. Now all I have to do is a few practice runs and get my beautiful, generous, talented and generally wonderful friends (that's you guys...) to part with some of their hard earned cash to provide the final motivation I need.

The cause (aside from helping me shed 3 kid's worth of body fat) is Kisharon, an amazing charity that supports and nurtures children and adults with learning disabilities, to help them fulfil a lifetime of possibilities. For more details see http://www.kisharon.org.uk/
