Thank you for all your support. I am amazed at all your generosity which has far exceeded my fund raising target.

I completed the 26.2 miles in 4 hours and 9 minutes with no walking! The first part was great fun - great crowds and bands. Then we got soaked going over Tower Bridge where I felt I gained a pound in weight from the rain water in my T-shirt. 'The Wall' started early for me at about mile 15. The crowds were great though and I saw Kat and my parents four times and my brother, Heather his fiancée and John Miles once which was superb and got me through what was the most painful thing I have done todate!

I am off to buy a walking stick!
