I am pleased to see that 4 weeks after the event and all is well.  Have been off the running for a few weeks - funny how a 26 mile run keeps you focused.  Will probably get a 10KM run in October/November planned and maybe a 1/2 marathon?  No re-run nexy year but probably in the future....
