Myself, friends and local businesses in the Bournemouth area and have agreed to do our bit for the community 'Julias House Childrens Hospice' to attempted one of the UK's most challenging events the 3 Peak 24 Hour Mountain challenge providing the indervidual and team with one of the most ultimate tests of physical and mental stamina.
There are hundreds of children across Dorset who are suffering from life-limiting illnesses. Julia's House is dedicated to providing love, support and help to both them, and their families ensuring they make the most of the time they have together.
The aim of Julia's House is to maximise and enrich the quality of life for Dorset children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. We provide support from diagnosis to death and beyond for the whole family. We offer multi-disciplinary end of life care in our hospice building or in the family home.

- - To provide high quality care by ensuring a multi-disciplinary approach to care and ensuring that all staff are appropriately trained with relevant experience, whilst recognising everyone's individual abilities and training requirements
- - To comply with and work to the National Minimum Standards in all areas of care and administration throughout the Julia's House Care Team
- - To encourage all children to reach their full potential by protecting them from abuse and bullying in compliance with Julia's House policies
- - To ensure that service delivery is sustainable, the agency will maintain close working relationships with all aspects of the Charity, particularly the domiciliary care and nursing agency in order that sound forward financial planning and budgeting is achieved
