Julie’s Charity Challenge Everest

Dear One and All,

As some of you may know I am climbingMount Everest, the world’s highest mountain 29,035 feet (8,848m) in the Nepalese Himalayas from 3-19 October 2008 as a Charity Challenge, in aid of the wonderful Rowans Hospice in Hampshire.

The Rowans Hospice

This is a truly wonderful charity funded organisation that cares for terminally ill patients giving help, advice, health care and much needed support to patients and their families. Having recently lost a close relative, who was cared for at the Rowans Hospice I am aiming to raise as much money as possible – so that they can continue to provide this important service. I am self funding so that all the money I raise goes to the charity.
