Ihave decided to do something different this year and am cycling through Russia for a charity that is close to my heart.Eight years ago, one of the children I cared for suddenly died.Five years ago. her parents adopted a little girl,Natasha from an orphanage in Russia

The cycle ride starts in St. Petersburg through towns and countryside  finally finishing in Red Square, Moscow nine days later.

The charity helps special needs children which as you know is a big part of my life and work.Iplan to stay on for a few days to visit the two orphanages, one in Ryazan the other in Yelatma.
