its Justin "the inflatable swimming legend" Laidler.

I am attemting to swim Lake Windermere to help raise funds to support my two sons charity ALD Life.This is something that will push me more physically than anything i have ever done and to top that off i dont swim!!!!!!!well iv started last night doing 500 metres and i only have over a month to go so heres hoping.

I want to do this for my two sons and the charity that helps support ongoing projects.

Shaun and Lee are the driving force for me to complete this as their condition is terminal and they live a life of uncertainty so even if it takes two days i wont quit, they suffer daily with their condition and i will look for their inspiration throughout my training.

I am hoping to raise £500 from this event so whatever you can afford whether it be ten pence or ten pounds i will be really grateful and so will ALD life.
