Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story  and for all kind donations that you have made to The Anaphylaxis Campaign.

Some of you might have walked with me through Isaacs journey and others might be new to it. Isaac had his first reaction at 3 days old when he started on formula milk this was to be the starts of dairy and soya avoidance for the foreseeable future then Isaac had severe reaction age 4 when he placed a brazil nut close to his mouth; apparently only 3% of the population have allergic reaction to the brazil nut.

 This then made food the enemy and normal eating out and  family occasions became more of a dread then a pleasurable experience causing great anxiety for my husband and myself. Isaac carries two Epipens  with him wherever he goes and he is amazing himself on how he reads all labelling to check all ingredients and we are proud of him and his brother Ruben who also continually checks products for Isaac first.   

I could never measure my anxiety with the threat of another reaction; I  keep my faith and prayers with research, injections and making more people aware of the life threating danger of something as basic as food could cause to someone if their immune system just decides on that day to attack.

And the brilliant Alder Hey and all Isaacs consultants  including Dr Byrne Isaacs first allergy consultant who eased my pain with her congruent advice and her dedicated passion to her work. Also Dr Baghdadi at Hunts cross medical who has supported myself and Isaac on numerous occasions; and all the staff involved  for these brilliant services to thrive and continue to keep us safe and well.
