My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In October last year a very special little girl became seriously which resulted in Miss Phoebe Pace coming up to 2 years old having a much needed Liver tranpslant on the 31 October. It was a very tough time for Phoebe and her family and friends but luckily Phoebe is now back to her normal cheeky self. I feel I would like to do something to give back to the Childrens Liver Disease Foundation for all their wonderful work.
