You have found the fundraising page for Gillian, Lynda and Karen.

Your donation will make a significant difference to the fundraising income for Hospice at Home.  They need to raise £1000 every day so they can continue to deliver intensive one to one palliative care to patients and support carers.  By donating you are doing something worthwhile, be happy and feel good about it.
