St Raph's are a wonderful local charity that need all the help they can get to continue to provide amazing care and support to those suffering with a terminal illness.

I've known of a couple of individuals who have been cared for at the hospice and they truly deserve as much as we can possibly give them, epsecially from those who live in the area.

I have been lucky enough to do a skydive for the hospice and I have now been picked to run the london marathon. Having only ever run a 10k race, this year, I now embark on full training in prep for April 2014! 

Anything you can give will be much appreicated and I would love you to share my page with others as my target is quite a hefty one and I wish not to bug people.

It is a great cause, a charity run by many volunteers and I am running 26 miles!!!
