We work with people with asthma, healthcare professionals and researchers to develop and share expertise to help people increase their understanding and reduce the effect of asthma on their lives. Our personal message:

One hungover morning last April whilst standing on the sidelines of the marathon, we decided that we should compete and raise some cash for a charity.  The obvious choice was Asthma UK after the sad passing of Kate's brother. 

It was all mainly in jest but then a man dressed as an inhaler ran past us called James!  We had to do it.

So fork out some cash and help us raise £2,000 each for a very worthy charity.

** Craigs employer, Barclays, have agreed to match £750 after the event - thanks to all that have sponsored so far! **
