Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Between 21 Nov and 3 Dec 2009, I will be joining around 60 fellow cyclists cycling from Panama to Nicaragua, via Costa Rica, as part of the Macmillan Cancer Support's Central America Cycling Challenge. We will be cycling for 8 consecutive days, covering just over 680 km in hot and humid conditions. However those close to me will know that my biggest concern is the camping with no showers or loos for 8 nights!!

I sadly lost my father to cancer 4 years ago, and still think about  him constantly. Reaching Costa Rica will bring back many happy memories of him, as we all celebrated his 80th birthday there in 2003
