My story
Hello, thanks
for visiting my fundraising page.
My name is Kathrin and I am Communications Officer at CoolTan Arts.
It's
the first time I am raising money and for such a good cause - CoolTan Arts
Largactyl Shuffle Sponsored Walk on 10 October 2009!
A
walk for well being celebrating World Mental Health Day and raising money for
CoolTan Arts.
Please
sponsor me generously, help me to raise money for CoolTan so we can continue
running top quality art workshops, reach more people with our services, and
most importantly: help us move from our
dilapidated warehouse to suitable buildings with 21st century
heating, toilets and windows!!
I became involved with CoolTan last year through the Largactyl Shuffle as a walker, then volunteered and ended up working here. I am thrilled to work for a unique participant-led charity that uses the
arts as a means to bring people together and respects a person for who
they are regardless of their background, making a real difference
to the lives of others . I am proud to be part of it and looking forward to
the Sponsored Walk.
CoolTan Arts believes mental well-being is
enhanced by the power of creativity and exists to inspire the
well-being and creative participation of a divers range of people
through the production of quality art.
