The reason i support Allergy uk is because i have two daughters whom both have multiple food allergies. When the girls were diagnosed with allergies i was basically told these are the ingredients to look out for and there you go. So i felt i still didnt know enough and then went on the net and typed in allergy support groups and up came allergy uk. I phoned allergy uk and they are such lovely helpful people who never judge what you are saying and you feel you are being listened to. They have been fantastic with both myself and my girls. They are a fantastic team who have just celebrated their 20th birthday.
