Hi all,

Thank you for visiting our little fundraising page..

Martyn and I are going to be running the Bupa 10 000 in May in an attempt to raise some funds for beat (For those of you who are unaware of the charity's work there is a little explanation in the box to the left

Its a charity that means a lot to us, they have provided me with lots of help and support in some very tough and lonely times, and helped those who have had to deal and live with the nightmare I have been known to be.
