Last September, my dear friend Charlie passed away after a long battle with a brain tumour. I miss him terribly and wanted to do something that would not only make him proud but also raise money for research so that others don't have to suffer from cancer.

I will be running on the 18th May in the Rochester 5k Race for Life and would love anyone who can to support me. My target is to raise at least £150, a drop in the water but every bit helps. If anyone wishes to come along on the 18th and support me or even run with me, it would be very much appreciated.
