Dearest friends....... Thank you all so very much. your support of me has buoyed me along, made me feel motivated and given me confidence in myself and conviction in my ability.
Today i ran the cardiff half marathon in 1 hour, 40 minutes and four seconds.

I am fundraising for concern universal an amazing development charity- I want to raise as much money as i can for unrestricted funds to support their international efforts help people to live with dignity and equal opportunity.
I have another reason to push myself to run- I have been very poorly this summer(I have had an operation on my stomach as you might well know) and I want to make this a landmark for myself, to move past these last months of immobility. I have felt so unlike myself- being so unable-
