I am doing a 30 mile walk to raise money for The Association for Glycogen Storage Disease(UK). Glycogen is a stored form of glucose, which is used as fuel for energy. Glycogen Storage Disease(GSD) occurs when there is an absence or deficiency of an enzyme needed to produce or break down glycogen in the body. GSD primarily affects the liver and/or muscles.

A good friend of mine has a daughter with this condition who is a very brave little girl and despite everything keeps smiling. I would like to raise as much money as possible so please donate now, thanks.
