To all my friends and family who have supported me I am happy to tell you that I COMPLETED the walk this Sunday, all thirteen miles.  I woke at 4.30am with a spring in my step because I was so worried I was going to oversleep!  Of course, being England, the raining was  ever-present and I must say got worse as the morning went on but we were not deterred.  We completed the thirteen miles and we were rewarded with a cup of coffee and a delicious bacon roll on our return to the Conference Center in Windsor .

Thanks to all of you I was able to beat my target and made £2697.00 which added to the rest of our Walkie Talkie Team brings us up to about £5000.  The entire walk at the first count has raised £83,000 and I imagine that will go up a bit in the next few weeks.
