I am undertaking a 400km bike ride through the mountainous terrain of Tanzania!

Largely off-road and very hilly, this is a huge challenge for me, having never cycled much more than a few laps of the block on my BMX! Also I hear nappy rash is an inevitable consequence!

This project is in conjunction with International Childcare Trust. They work with children & young people in Africa on the margins of society. Thanks to the ICT many young people suffering from AIDS, those injured in armed conflict, and those displaced by extreme poverty can be re-integrated into society, and look forward to a happier future.
