My Greyhound Laddie and I are organising a sponsored walk around Chester City Walls. The 2 mile walk will take place on Saturday 20th June at 11am. We will meet in the Castle car park at 10.30am which is situated on the A483 Grosvenor Road, just off the Grosvenor roundabout. You have to drive through the entrance with pillars. There are lots of car spaces. If there are parking charges, we are sure that they wont be too much!  We will then walk a short distance to the Walls, starting near the County Council Building and head towards the wier. The 2 mile walk will bring us back to where we started. We are hoping to get other hound owners, hounds and hound lovers involved on the day.  Please come along - everyone's welcome! One of Laddie's friends 'Daisy the Labrador' is very excited about joining us!

At the end of the walk there will be tasty pig's ears as a reward for each dog involved.

We would love to raise money to support GRWE to rescue, help and rehome abandoned and abused Greyhounds. As well as asking for donations on this site, we are asking friends and family to sponsor us on our sponsor forms.

We are sure it will be a lovely walk for hounds and humans!
