I am going as a voluntary project manager to Borneo with Raleigh international working on sustainable projects.  I wanted to complete a personal challenge in order to raise money for the charity. The only thing I was ever good at was going up a ladder all day so I decided to do this to Everest and beyond. I am going to attempt to climb a ladder equivalent to the vertical height of Everest and further attempt the world record of 13.12 vertical km within 24hrs. I am doing this at Salisbury Fire Station with the support of Wiltshire Fire brigade.
