Thank you so much to everyone who has so far supported and donated to fundraising on behalf of 10 years of ADDER. They do so much to help and support people living with Dystonia, especially in the North East of England. Great North run was fun but not sure I'd do it again in a green wig though!

For all the moral support a big thank you. I'm not a serious runner - they look at 100 miles and ask whether it's one or two days. The most important thing is that we can support the people who live each day with Dystonia.

Unfortunately, I've had to pull out of the Spires and Steeples Challenge and will try and find a couple of other runs before the end of the year.

9 races down (87 miles) - Muddy boots 10k, Coniston 14, Marske 10k, Redcar half marathon, Tees Barrage 10k, Ripon 10 mile, Castle Howard 10k, Burn Valley Run, GNR - a couple to go and at least 13 miles!

Thanks for the support of my family, a bit of spectator fatigue but it's always great to see them along the route.
