My story
Thank you so much to everyone who supported and donated to fundraising on behalf of 10 years of ADDER. They do so much to help and support people living with Dystonia, especially in the North East of England. Donations will stop through this page on 7th Jan. To commemorate 10 years of the valuable help, support and research for people with Dystonia, I am running in 10 (now 11!) events, a total of over 100 miles during 2009 (and a bit of 2010) on behalf of ADDER. You can find more information on ADDER and Dystonia from their website - www.actionfordystonia.co.uk
11 races completed and 105 miles run - Muddy boots 10k, Coniston 14, Marske 10k, Redcar half marathon, Tees Barrage 10k, Ripon 10 mile, Castle Howard 10k, Burn Valley Run, GNR, Thirsk 10 mile and Loftus Poultry Run.
Thanks for the support of my family, a bit of spectator fatigue but it's always great to see them along the route. To friends (especially those who donated twice!) a big thank-you.

Action For Dystonia, Diagnosis, Education And Research - ADDER
Charity Registration No. 1077578
ADDER is a charity based in the North East of England dedicated to helping people with dystonia, a neurological condition which involves abnormal muscle movements. Our main achievement is the correct diagnosis of over 2,000 people proving that dystonia is 2nd only to Parkinson's Disease in its prevalence (commonness).
