My mother passed away very suddenly last may after being in hospital with an infection the month previous.

We only discovered 5 mins before she died that this was her last after illness and lots of questions were left unanswered. Only once we got the death certificate did we find out that it was sepsis that she had died from. After looking on the internet i seen that she had lots of symptoms of this deadly disease but yet no one had picked it up. Even nearly a year on we struggle to deal with her loss and its my personal challange to make sure that less families have to go through what we have.
