My story
Hello!
Thank you for visiting 
For a long time I have wanted to become more involoved in philanthropy. So in a state of madness and wanting to give something back to our world, I made the decision to take part in the MAG Community Challenge Cambodia 2009.
P.S This has absolutely nothing to do with me turning 30! 
The challenge begins next March and will involve me trekking to Angkor Wat with a group of Mines Advisory volunteers. We will take part in a community project to build houses for those families affected by landmines, in the hope we can give them back something they truly deserve.
We will in turn be having many fundraising nights of fun and musical shenadigans, so I will keep you posted!

The money raised will help to support MAG's work in the clearing of landmines in some of the worlds poorest and most dangerous countries. For example:
£15 is enough to field one fully trained and equipped local deminer for one day
£23 could buy a prodder to enable a deminer to determine the exact location of a landmine
£100 could provide a first aid kit which could help save the life of a landmine victim
