'Dreams Come True' (DCT) is a charity that specialises in giving joy to terminally ill children and their families. It's a simple idea; to fulfill the dreams of a kid hasn't got the number of years most of us are lucky enough to have in life.
DCT has sent kids to Disney Land to meet Mickey Mouse, Lapland to meet Santa, Atlantic Ocean Marinas - in order to swim with Dolphins. It's all about improving the life and lifting the spirits of these amazing kids.
