It is now just a few days until the big bike ride from London to Paris.  

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far.....the amount raised has exceeded my wildest expectations.

For those of you who have not yet donated, there is still time!!!  Thank you in advance for your generosity.....

A quick reminder of the 2 charities that will benefit from your support. 

The first is the Children's Evelina Hospital Appeal, which is a neighbour to everyone at Shell Centre and helps over 100,000 children per year.  The second charity is St. Christopher's Hospice, which cares for the terminally ill.   You can find out more about the charities by visiting www.stchristophers.co.uk or www.gstcharity.org.uk/fundraising/echappeal.html  

Remember, the trip is fully paid for so every single penny that you donate will be split between these charities.  Infact, it is even more than this because if you are a UK taxpayer an additional 25% in Gift Aid and a 3% supplement is added to your donation.
