Hello everyone, and thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
On the 1st of March 2009 I am running the Barcelona Marathon, looking to raise as much money as I can for the Cri Du Chat Syndrome Support Group (www.criduchat.co.uk).
To say I'm nervous about the run is an understatement; with an addiction to pie butties, booze and vimto sweets and only 6 weeks of training before the event it wont be easy! As much as I'm nervous though I'm also encouraged by everyone's support and thank the people who have been quick to get involved.
The money we raise together will help the group to support families of sufferers, help them to identify and meet varying health needs and will help to fund further research projects into the condition.
