I will once again me wearing my running shoes and completing a fantastic double for Breast Cancer Care. On Sunday the 18th October I will be warming up for my bigger challenge by travelling over to Wales and taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon my 14th Half Marathon and then on Sunday 25th April 2010 I will be taking in a much bigger challenge by competing in my First Marathon the world famous London Marathon.

I have completed the first of my two challenges by Completing the Cardiff Half Marathon in a time of 1 hour 54 minutes 58 seconds a big Seasons Best time for me by 6 minutes ....

 

My running is going well at the moment and I am currently averaging 20 to 25 miles every week
