Difficulty - 40% normal oxygen level at certain points
Temperature - 5 degrees at night

Why?
Because we are very lucky to have such a wonderful life and yet there are people out there who do not even have the most basic of essentials to survive. With your support we can help some of the poorest and most vulnerable people in the world gain access to clean drinking water and adequate sanitation.</p>
The Cause
"By means of water, we give life to everything"
The cause is very simple - to help provide clean water and adequate sanitation so as to stop over 2.2 million children dying each year due to the lack of it. For those people living without sanitation and water, sustaining development in health, education and livelihoods is near impossible. They are locked into a cycle of poverty and disease. Through your support and donations we can help alleviate their suffering.
Did you know?
Around 80% of all sickness and disease in the world is caused by inadequate water or sanitation.
It is the poorest and most vulnerable that are affected - usually women and children. Women in Africa and Asia, on average, have to walk 6km a day just to get water.

To encourage you to give more generously than ever - I am taking on this demanding challenge event - Mt.Everest(base camp). It will be difficult. I will have to train extensively in advance and I will experience some hardship on the journey. What will keep me going (inshallah) is the commitment you have made in helping some of the poorest people in the world.
