Thanks for visiting Kheang and Fiona's fundraising page.
Having now been married for over 9 months, we figured it was time to get up close and personal to train for a half marathon and what better motivation to train than to raise a few pounds for charity?
Through our good friend Mark, who is actively involved with 'Action for Kids' (AFK - http://www.actionforkids.org), Kheang and I have witnessed the rewarding results that AFK has had for kids and their direct families. We have thus registered AFK as our chosen charity, and ask for your contribution towards our goal to collectively raise £1,500 in exchange for 2 places for us to run at the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon (http://www.royalparkshalf.com) on Sunday 11th October 2009.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Action For Kids gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
Please do not feel obliged to donate any more than what you are comfortable
with - any amount large or small will count and is very much
