My story

Kim touched the lives of many people, and many people may want to pay tribute to her life. However, rather than sending flowers we would prefer that people who want to mark her passing do so by making a donation to one of three charities which helped her in some way over the last 16 months.

Kim passed away peacefully at home on 3rd July 2009 after a long battle with brain cancer. She spent a short time at Wakefield Hospice when the family urgently needed some help with care.

We are also collecting for Marie Curie Nurses and Macmillan Cancer Care, please feel free to donate to whichever charity you would prefer.

* Donate to Marie Curie Nurses
* Donate to Macmillan Cancer Care

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you for your support
