Parmiter's Three Peaks Challenge · 15 April 2008

The Parmiter's School Parents' Association is a registered charity that exists to help provide Parmiter's School with additional funds to support the financing of projects, large or small, that cannot be funded from the school's budget.

Story

WE DID IT !!!

23 hours and 23 minutes after we started Ben Nevis we completed Snowdon. Even on the final descent we were not sure we would break 24 hours but we did!. Thank you to everyone who has supported us, particularly Trevor for the fantastic driving skills which saved the lives of at least one bird, a deer and several sheep!!!

We are raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust and Parmiter's School by embarking on the 24 hour 3 Peak Challenge. This involves climbing, walking, running and crawling up the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales - all in 24 hours! Lucky we're all young, fit and well dressed...

Every penny donated goes directly to the charities so please give generously! Infact if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% will be added to the donations at no cost to you.

In case you are wondering about the name: we believe it reflects our natural athleticism ( but maybe it's  because we meet in the King Harry pub!! )
