Having survived the 10k last year I have now decided to attempt a half marathon ( this seemed like such a good idea at the time).  My aim, apart from actually completing the race, is to raise money for Alzheimer's Scotland. 

In addition to campaigning and research work Alzheimer's Scotland provides support, information and advice to the many individuals and families in Scotland who are affected by this condition and  I know from personal experience just how invaluable this support is.

So please think of me as I pound the streets on 19th September and if you are able to donate even better, every penny really does make a difference.
